Only members who have paid the ₦5,000 membership fee and submitted their WhatsApp number for verification by 20 June 2026 are eligible to contest or vote.
All campaign materials must be routed through the Publicity/ICT Secretary. No unauthorized bulk messages or foul language will be tolerated in general groups.
A minimum voter turnout (to be published by the Electoral Committee) is required for the results to be deemed valid.
Digital voting operates with a strict "one vote per unique voter code" policy. Voter codes will be sent individually via WhatsApp. Code sharing is prohibited and will result in invalidation.
